Proposed Rezoning and Subdivision

Notice is hereby given that the R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 has received application to amend the R.M. Zoning Bylaw. The affected lands are portions of SE 24-36-4-W3. 

A public hearing will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 11:00a.m. at 111 Pinehouse Drive to hear any person or group that wishes to comment on the application.

North Tank (Warman) Fill Station


Please note that the North Tank Fill Station near Warman will be CLOSED due to repair for the remainder of the week.


Due to a pipeline upgrade construction, the service to the North Tank fill station will be interrupted on Sunday March 1st at approximately 2:00pm until late Monday evening around midnight (an estimated 34 hours in duration).


North Corman Industrial Park may also need to be interrupted, therefore it is recommended that all effected users ensure that their storage facilities are full prior to the commencement of the construction work.

Through the SaskLotteries CGP, the R.M. can distribute funds to non-profit community organizations assisting with the development of sport, culture & recreation programs which are accessible to the ratepayers.

Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G) Regional Plan


The Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G) is a recently formalized collaborative which includes political and administrative representation from the partnering municipalities of Corman Park, cities of Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville, the town of Osler, and the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority (SREDA) in an Advisory Role. Road Closures

Please Note: Twp Rd 393 West of Hwy 672 is CLOSED until further notice.

 

Please be advised:

Battleford Trail between Neault Road and Hughes Drive will be temporarily closed effective December 1, 2014

Range Road 3061 will be closed effective April 1, 2015.


It is recommended that motorists use the following routes to access the city;

  • Route 1- Dundonald Residents are encouraged to use 33rd Street to Neault Road to access the north part of the city;

  • Route 2- Residents along Battleford Trail are encouraged to use Neault Road to 33rd Street.

  • Route 3- Residents along Range Road 3061 are encouraged to use Whelan Road to access Neault Road to 33rd Street.

 

 

Custom Work Applications


The R.M. of Corman Park Public Works Department is no longer accepting applications for Custom Mowing or Grading for this season.

If you wish to request Snow Removal service on your property this upcoming winter, signs are available at the R.M. office, 111 Pinehouse Drive.  

 

South Corman Park Landfill


Please note that the South Corman Park Landfill has been sold, as of Monday, September 29, 2014.

The landfill will be open for normal hours beginning Thursday, October 2, 2014. For more details please click here.

Phonebooks


If you are interested in a Phonebook, they are available for pick-up at the R.M. office, 111 Pinehouse Drive, between 8:30a.m. and 5:00p.m., while supplies last.


Fire Suppression

Effective January 1, 2014, SGI provided a Fire Suppression and Vehicle Extration rate increase.


Landowners are reminded to have sufficient insurance to cover property loss and the cost of fire suppression. If you are planning a Controlled Burn, please contact 1-866-822-8522.

Property Taxes


Taxes are due December 31, annually. Any outstanding taxes will be assessed 1% interest on the first of each month, beginning January 1.

Residents with outstanding taxes are encouraged to contact the R.M. office at 306-242-9303, prior to making payment. This will ensure that all penalties are paid in full as soon as possible.

Revised Proposed 5 per Quarter Bylaws - Bylaws 25/14 & 26/14

R.M. Council passed Bylaws 25/14 & 26/14 which proposed amendments to the single parcel country residential density policies in the R.M. from two residential yard sites per quarter to five residential yard sites per quarter.

The bylaws are not considered valid until they receive Ministerial approval therefore we cannot accept rezoning and subdivision applications at this time.  We will post updated information when it becomes available including application information and requirements.

Tax Installment Payment Plan Service (TIPPS)


The R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 is implementing the Tax Installment Payment Plan Service (TIPPS). TIPPS allows property owners to pay taxes in 12 monthly installments.
