Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G) Regional Plan
The Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G) is a recently formalized collaborative which includes political and administrative representation from the partnering municipalities of Corman Park, cities of Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville, the town of Osler, and the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority (SREDA) in an Advisory Role.
Please Note: Twp Rd 393 West of Hwy 672 is CLOSED until further notice.
Please be advised:
Battleford Trail between Neault Road and Hughes Drive will be temporarily closed effective December 1, 2014
Range Road 3061 will be closed effective April 1, 2015.
It is recommended that motorists use the following routes to access the city;
- Route 1- Dundonald Residents are encouraged to use 33rd Street to Neault Road to access the north part of the city;
- Route 2- Residents along Battleford Trail are encouraged to use Neault Road to 33rd Street.
- Route 3- Residents along Range Road 3061 are encouraged to use Whelan Road to access Neault Road to 33rd Street.

Public notice is hereby given that a vote was held for the election of COUNCILLOR for Division Nos. 2 and 4 on October 22, 2014.

Custom Work Applications
The R.M. of Corman Park Public Works Department is no longer accepting applications for Custom Mowing or Grading for this season.
If you wish to request Snow Removal service on your property this upcoming winter, signs are available at the R.M. office, 111 Pinehouse Drive.
South Corman Park Landfill
Please note that the South Corman Park Landfill has been sold, as of Monday, September 29, 2014.
The landfill will be open for normal hours beginning Thursday, October 2, 2014. For more details please click here.

SARM Scholarship - Health & Safety Network Program
The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities is now accepting applications for the 90th anniversary $1500 Student Scholarship in Agricultural Safety and Rural Health; this year there are two scholarships available.
Essays must be received prior to February 6, 2015.
Provincial Disaster Assistant Program (PDAP)
The R.M. of Corman Park has been approved for PDAP for the PLOW WINDS that occurred on JULY 17, 2014. Applications for this can be found at the R.M. office and online, here. Please note that original signatures are required.

Effective January 1, 2014, SGI provided a Fire Suppression and Vehicle Extration rate increase.

Revised Proposed 5 per Quarter Bylaws - Bylaws 25/14 & 26/14
R.M. Council passed Bylaws 25/14 & 26/14 which proposed amendments to the single parcel country residential density policies in the R.M. from two residential yard sites per quarter to five residential yard sites per quarter.
The bylaws are not considered valid until they receive Ministerial approval therefore we cannot accept rezoning and subdivision applications at this time. We will post updated information when it becomes available including application information and requirements.
New Re-subdivision Policy - Bylaw 33/13
Ministerial approval was granted on May 6, 2014 for Bylaw 33/13 which allows for the potential re-subdivision of multi-parcel country residential parcels.
Gopher Control Rebate Program
The Gopher Control Rebate Program has been renewed for 2014 and provides assistance to producers, R.M.'s and Indian Bands who incur significant costs to control gophers.
Tax Installment Payment Plan Service (TIPPS)
The R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 is implementing the Tax Installment Payment Plan Service (TIPPS). TIPPS allows property owners to pay taxes in 12 monthly installments.

Sask Water Dis-Continuation of Non-Potable Water Service to Rural Residents
All SaskWater customers will be required to either discontinue the non-potable supplies that are residential in nature or, at a minimum, terminate the supply so that it does not enter any residential dwellings prior to December 31, 2014.
