Advance Notice of Spring Road Restrictions

Saskatchewan Highways will be placing spring weight restrictions on some provincial highways in the Saskatoon District effective 12:01 am on Friday, March 27, 2015.

This order will be published Sunday, March 29, 2014. Any changes to the order must be received at the District Office no later than noon on Friday, March 27, 2015.


In accordance with current policy, all rural municipalities are automatically included in the restriction 


Overweight Permits

During Spring Road Bans the R.M. will not be issuing Overweight Permits



City of Saskatoon North Sector Plan Open House

The City of Saskatoon is having an Open House for the North Sector Plan on Tuesday, March 31, 2015. This Open House may be of interest to RM ratepayers with land located adjacent to the City along the northern municipal boundaries. The approximate study area is north of Highway No. 16 moving east to the lands between Wanuskewin Road and the South Saskatchewan River.

SaskLotteries Community Grant Program

Through the SaskLotteries CGP, the R.M. can distribute funds to non-profit community organizations assisting with the development of sport, culture & recreation programs which are accessible to the ratepayers.

2013/2014 Community Grant Program recipients: Reminder that your follow-up for projects is due prior to the March 15, 2015 deadline.


Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G) Regional Plan

The Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G) is a recently formalized collaborative which includes political and administrative representation from the partnering municipalities of Corman Park, cities of Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville, the town of Osler, and the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority (SREDA) in an Advisory Role.   Custom Work Applications

The R.M. of Corman Park Public Works Department is no longer accepting applications for Custom Mowing or Grading for this season.

If you wish to request Snow Removal service on your property this upcoming winter, signs are available at the R.M. office, 111 Pinehouse Drive.  


South Corman Park Landfill

Please note that the South Corman Park Landfill has been sold, as of Monday, September 29, 2014.

If you are interested in a Phonebook, they are available for pick-up at the R.M. office, 111 Pinehouse Drive, between 8:30a.m. and 5:00p.m., while supplies last.

Fire Suppression

Effective January 1, 2014, SGI provided a Fire Suppression and Vehicle Extration rate increase.

Landowners are reminded to have sufficient insurance to cover property loss and the cost of fire suppression. If you are planning a Controlled Burn, please contact 1-866-822-8522.


Property Taxes

Taxes are due December 31, annually. Any outstanding taxes will be assessed 1% interest on the first of each month, beginning January 1.

Residents with outstanding taxes are encouraged to contact the R.M. office at 306-242-9303, prior to making payment. This will ensure that all penalties are paid in full as soon as possible.


Revised Proposed 5 per Quarter Bylaws - Bylaws 25/14 & 26/14

R.M. Council passed Bylaws 25/14 & 26/14 which proposed amendments to the single parcel country residential density policies in the R.M. from two residential yard sites per quarter to five residential yard sites per quarter.

The bylaws are not considered valid until they receive Ministerial approval therefore we cannot accept rezoning and subdivision applications at this time.  We will post updated information when it becomes available including application information and requirements.



Tax Installment Payment Plan Service (TIPPS)

The R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 is implementing the Tax Installment Payment Plan Service (TIPPS). TIPPS allows property owners to pay taxes in 12 monthly installments.
