PUBLIC SCHOOL AMALGAMATION
Effective January 1, 2006 the Government of Saskatchewan restructured the school division boundaries for the province. As a result of these changes the Rural Municipality of Corman Park is now located within the boundary of the Prairie Spirit School Division #206. This means one public school division for the whole municipality.
SEPARATE SCHOOL AMALGAMATION
In 2005, three new rural Roman Catholic Separate School Divisions, Aberdeen , Clavet and South Corman , were established in the southeastern portion of the RM. Effective January 1, 2006 these three divisions amalgamated with St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Separate School Division #20 in Saskatoon. This amalgamation means that RM of Corman Park property owners located within St. Paul ’s RCSSD #20 (previously the Saskatoon East School School Division) automatically deem their property taxes to the Public School or can declare Separate School support if they are a member of the minority religious faith.
To declare your support to the St. Paul's Roman Catholic Separate School Division #20, please complete the appropriate form and return to the R.M. of Corman Park office. Please note that a signed declaration form for each owner of the property who wishes to declare their school support must be completed. An undeclared property owner will be deemed to be a public supporter.
