148. Please be advised that Tax Searches take 2-5 business days to process. Tax Certificates MAY take up to 14 days for processing (as this is a more in-depth search and a legal document)

     The information displayed on the Tax Searches and Certificates is accurate as of the date it is processed. If there are further charges (such as billings for Utilities) after the Search or Certificate but before the sale date, those values will not be reflected.

     We endeavor to process your requests as soon as possible however; due to the sheer volume of requests, it is not feasible to expect the processing of “Rush” requests on the same day as submission is received.

     If your business requires Tax Searches and Certificates regularly, you can provide a balance to be kept on file and reduced with each request. This helps to reduce the delays that can occur with requiring payment up front. The team can notify you when the balance is approaching $0 to allow for account top ups.      If you are using online banking, please use the Accounts Receivable option when choosing the payee.

149. Billings for Multiple Properties

     Tax Searches are $10 for each property, regardless of property owner. 

     • 3 Properties = $30
     • 6 Properties = $60

     Tax Certificates are $20 per certificate. We can fit up to 4 properties on a single certificate, as long as all properties are registered to the same owner. 

     • 1 - 4 Properties = $20
     • 5 - 8 Properties = $40
